You must be a member of the guild for 3 months
before checking any item out of the library.

Only two items at a time may be checked out (once
our collection grows, we may change this to three items).

There will be no fees to check out, but there
will be a late fee of $5 charged for an overdue video/DVD and $2 for
an overdue book or magazine.

All items will be checked out for a period of one
month and must be returned at the following meeting. If you cannot
make the meeting, please arrange to have the books returned.
If you have an emergency, please contact the librarian.

Any item damaged or lost will be paid for by the
member who checked it out.

All borrowers must leave a $20 deposit check that
will not be cashed unless items are checked out and not returned.
After 6 months of 'good' library membership, your check will be
returned uncashed.

No items may be checked out, and all items must
be returned, at the last official gathering of the year. The
library will be closed until the January meeting, allowing the
librarian to do an inventory. The library will re-open at the
first meeting of the new year.

Library policies will be reviewed by the board
annually, and are subject to modification by the board.

If certain items are in high demand, we will
create a waiting list.
